Processing Stability

These graphs feature combined data from a number of studies and are therefore a "meta-analysis." Phytase measurements were taken before and after exposure to pelleting temperatures of up to 200° F. Graphs express the percent of phytase retained after heat exposure vs. the initial phytase content in the mash. Chart 1 shows the processing stability of Optiphos PF vs. two formulations of Ronozyme P. Chart 2 shows % retention of the same two Ronozyme products vs. Quantum. The final chart illustrates retention data from studies of Ronozyme P-(CT) vs. Phyzyme XP TPT.
